Used by the New Zealand Ministry of Transport as pursuit/traffic control bikes from 1982 to 84 but manufactured in Japan as specialist Police bikes from 1979 so mechanical carbs. Wiring bears no resmblance to stock CB650Z so like me just luck and guess work.
